Can I get a refund if it doesn’t work for me?

And yes, a small percentage may not respond to hypnosis at all, even with regular listening.

It doesn’t mean you’re doing anything wrong it simply means hypnosis might not be the right fit for how your mind works. That’s why we encourage a relaxed, open mindset and give yourself time to engage with the process. Many people are surprised at how much more effective it becomes with gentle consistency.

What if I fall asleep during the session?

That’s completely fine and very common! Your subconscious mind can still absorb the suggestions even if you drift off. If you're listening during the day and want to stay awake, try sitting upright or choosing a more energising session.

Are these suitable for children?
